The conversations you’re avoiding are the ones you most need to have. Practical frameworks for giving feedback and addressing performance.
Session 5: Managing Performance
Setting clear expectations, measuring what matters, and addressing underperformance before it becomes a crisis.
Session 6: Developing Your Team
Your job is to grow people. Coaching conversations, career development, and building capability in your team.
