Christoph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and further pursued a Master’s in Organisational Psychology, focusing on Human Resources. Over the past two decades, he has developed a strong and successful career in international HR management.
His expertise spans leadership development, change management, conflict resolution, and team dynamics, all backed by a solid understanding of business strategy.
Christoph excels at nurturing outstanding leadership skills and believes that honest feedback is crucial for both personal and professional development. He approaches challenges directly and finds great fulfilment in guiding others to embrace the benefits of difficult conversations.
