Christoph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and further pursued a Master’s in Organisational Psychology, focusing on Human Resources. Over the past two decades, he has developed a strong and successful career in international HR management.
His expertise spans leadership development, change management, conflict resolution, and team dynamics, all backed by a solid understanding of business strategy.
Christoph excels at nurturing outstanding leadership skills and believes that honest feedback is crucial for both personal and professional development. He approaches challenges directly and finds great fulfillment in guiding others to embrace the benefits of difficult conversations.
With his background in psychology, Christoph relies solely on validated psychometric tools to ensure accurate assessments.
His credentials include a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Organisational Psychology, postgraduate training in Mediation, Coaching Certification and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
He is also a proud member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (MAHRI).

Sun dogs are relatively rare occurrences, and they can only be seen in certain conditions. We are always on the lookout for sun dogs.
