This is a 50-question profile based on the Big Five — the most researched and well-validated framework in personality science.
It takes about 8–10 minutes. Your answers give us a richer starting point for your coaching or Lead12 sessions.
Great coaching isn't one-size-fits-all. A senior leader who runs hot on conscientiousness needs a different conversation than one who runs hot on openness.
Knowing where you sit across the five dimensions helps us meet you where you are — and challenge you where it matters.
This instrument is the IPIP Big-Five Factor Markers (Goldberg, 1992) — a public-domain, peer-reviewed scale developed through the
International Personality Item Pool (IPIP), an open collaboration of personality researchers hosted by the Oregon Research Institute.
It measures five broad traits: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, and Openness to Experience.
For each of the 50 statements, describe yourself as you are now, not as you wish to be — and compared to other people you know of roughly your age and sex.
There are no right or wrong answers. Be honest; this is for your benefit.
Rate each statement on this 1–5 scale:
1 Very inaccurate
2 Moderately inaccurate
3 Neither accurate nor inaccurate
4 Moderately accurate
5 Very accurate

Scores are calculated using the standard IPIP Big-Five Factor Markers keying (Goldberg, 1992).
The five scales have robust internal consistency (alphas typically .79–.87) and correlate strongly with NEO-PI-R domain scores.
Interpretation is normative-descriptive, not diagnostic.
